Our sail awning is crafted from a 160GSM High-Density Polyester (PES) fabric, coated with PU, offering tear-resistant and waterproof protection up to 400 kPA. This fabric efficiently blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays and direct sunlight exposure.

The “Breathable” material allows air to pass freely, ensuring both a certain degree of waterproofing and enhanced cooling, making it perfect for sunny days.

Scientific Manufacturing

The finished sail may have a slight deviation of ± 2 inches due to the inherent properties of the polymer waterproof fabric. During production, we splice the fabric into shape. However, you can rest assured that water leakage will not occur at these splices as we use the latest hot adhesive film covering technology. When installing the sail, ensure the hot glue surface is facing downwards.

Measurement & Installation

Before installation, measure and clean the designated area. Leave a margin of 0.5-1 feet between the fixing points and the sail to accommodate hardware/hooks or ropes. Ensure the sail is installed at a slight tilt, between 20-40 degrees, and correctly tensioned to prevent water accumulation.
