Customization and Sizing

Absolutely! We offer comprehensive customization services. You can choose the size, color, and shape of the shade sail to perfectly match your outdoor space and personal style, all within a 2-3 business day lead time. To choose the right size, measure the area you wish to shade and pick a sail at least 1-2 feet larger than that area. Identify 4 mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount to ensure the sail is stretched taut and flat.

Installation and Hardware

1. Install Pad Eyes at mounting points.
2. Connect each corner's D-Ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles, not too tightly at first.
3. Finally, incrementally increase tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.

Our shade sails come with D-rings for straightforward installation. Additional hardware is not included and can be purchased separately if required. We recommend our specially designed hardware kit for an optimal and efficient installation.
